Returns & Replacements:
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
Item must be unused, in original packaging.
A photo of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item) must be submitted.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been used or washed
Orders outside the 14-day window
Sale items or digital products
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we confirm your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping Fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email support@yellopaw.com with the issue and a photo for review.
